The Fulton Block Challenge is a neighborhood revitalization program that helps both homeowners and property owners recover part of the cost of their property improvements.

Promoting the development of independent, self-confident, and literate citizens through the access to cultural, intellectual, and informational resources and to support lifelong learning.

Fulton Footpaths was created to help better define and create recreational trails in the city and make aesthetic improvements along the way.

To provide art experiences to the region by promoting the arts, enhancing the cultural life of the community by providing engaging art opportunities in all arts for all ages through experience.

The Greater Oswego-Fulton Chamber of Commerce strives to promote the continuous improvement of the common good and the quality of life in the community through the pursuit of new business; the cultural, social, and economic education of our citizens; and by providing accurate and timely assistance to the business community.

Founded in 2009, Friends of Fulton Parks Inc. is a volunteer 501(c)3 non-profit organization. We value parks as family-friendly places to exercise, play, relax, and rejuvenate. Our goal is to enhance the quality of life for residents and visitors of Fulton NY.
