Intro to Bird Watching for Kids

The curiosity of our young children makes them natural explorers and scientists. Join Tim Carroll on a walk along the Lake Neatahwanta Nature Trail to see many of our common local birds, and learn about what makes birds so different and special. Much of the walk will encourage questions and answers about birds to engage our young naturalists and provide them an introduction to a lifelong appreciation for these unique animals. Dress appropriately for the weather, and wear footwear suitable for possible wet and slightly muddy trails.
