Free Taekwondo & Wrestling Lessons
Class sessions run from July 13th to August 25th – Thursday and Friday Nights at Fulton Wrestling Training Facility
Open to youth ages 5 and up in the City of Fulton

Free Yoga in the Park
Located at Canal Park behind Tavern on the Lock
Taught by Alicia from Ebb+Flow Yoga
From 6:30pm – 7:30pm on the following dates: 7/18, 7/25, 8/1, 8/8
Things You Will Need: Water, towel, and yoga mat. If you do not have a yoga mat one can be provided but supplies are limited.

Taekwondo Lessons
Class session runs from April 4th to May 23rd – Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays.
ALL classes will take place in the Community Room at Fulton City Hall

White Belts Classes
Summary: For anyone that is just starting out on their Taekwondo journey.  Ages 6 and up!  
Ages: 6 and up
Instructors: Master and/or Mrs. Pryor
Dates and Times: 6pm to 6:45pm Tuesdays and Wednesdays
Price:  $130 for 8 weeks (Estimated $8.13 per class) 

Family Classes
Summary: In our innovative martial arts program for Families, everyone participates: children, parents, and grandparents can attend classes and progress at their own pace. In our action-packed family classes, no one sits on the bench! Children practice with other children, and adults practice with other adults. Martial arts classes are one of the only family programs where children and parents get the same kind of healthy exercise at the same time.
Ages: 6 and up
Instructors: Master and/or Mrs. Pryor
Dates: Monday and Wednesday – 5pm to 5:45. Saturday 10:45am to 11:30am
Price: Below – Estimated $5.42 per class depending on family size.

Senior Self Defense
Summary: This program provides practical self-defense measures for those later in years.  Some low impact cardio as well.
Ages: 55+
Instructors: Master and/or Mrs. Pryor 
Dates: Saturday’s 10:45am to 11:30am
Price: $70 for 8 weeks Estimated $8.75 per class 

Tiny Tigers
Summary: Teaches fundamental building skills and beginner Taekwondo techniques to children ages 3 to 5
Ages: 3-5 years old
Instructors: Master and/or Mrs. Pryor 
Dates: Saturday’s 10am to 10:30am
Price: $70 for 8 weeks. Estimated $8.75 per class

Intro To Bird Watching – Guided Bird Watching from Tim Carroll

Are you thinking of entering the ranks of the over 45 million bird watchers in the United States? Join us as we look for migrating and resident birds along the Lake Neatahwanta Nature Trail. Trip Leader Tim Carroll will provide tips on equipment, how and where to find birds, and how to identify many of the species we see right here along our lake.

Bring binoculars (if you have them), and wear footwear suitable for possible wet and slightly muddy trails.

Dates & Time: 9am April 22nd, 29th, and May 6th.
Location: Bullhead Point
Cost: Free Each expedition will be an estimated 3 hours
