Rental Permits
The owner(s) of a Residential Rental Dwelling shall submit an application for a rental permit on the form provided by the Bureau of Code Enforcement.
At time of application the following is needed:

$50 per unit (apartment)

Copy of Driver’s License

Schedule an inspection
The Rental Permit Certificate is good for 3 years from the date of the Application. Unless there is any violation against the property, then it will be revoked.
