Executive Order Issued Directing Assessors To Grant Exemptions

Breaking News:

Governor Hochul has issued and Executive Order directing Assessors to grant the following exemptions 459-c Persons with Disabilities and Limited Incomes and 467 Senior Citizens to all property owners who received those exemptions on the 2021 assessment roll.

No renewal applications needed unless his or her primary residence has changed, added another owner to the deed, transferred the property to a new owner, or died.
